Prof. Ashish Pandey    

Prof. Pandey is an Assistant Professor of OB/HRM area. He has ten years of working experience in industry, research and consulting. Before joining SJMSoM he was leading Research & Development function at Pragati Leadership Institute, a Pune based consulting organization which works in the area of organization and leadership development. Along with research and development he has been involved in training and consulting work in the areas of people development. His main training and consulting assignments had been with Adore Welding, BMC Software, Indo-German Tool Room, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Wipro, etc. His research papers, inventory and approach notes have appeared in several leading national and international journals and periodical like Pfeiffer Annual of training and consulting; Journal of European Industrial Training; Journal of Business Ethics; Psychological Studies; Indian Journal of Training and Development, Global Business Review, Times Ascent etc. His doctoral research work on ‘Spiritual Climate and its Impact on Customers’ experience’ has received awards at different national and international forums held at Infosys Leadership Institute (Mysore), Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore) and Indian Institute of Management (Indore).
 
Prof. Varadraj Bapat 
Being a Chartered Accountant, Dr. CA. VaradrajBapat has consulting and teaching experience of 15 years in Accounting, Audit and Finance. He has obtained professional qualifications in Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, and Information System Audit before obtaining PHD from IIT, Bombay. He has been a faculty at Somaiya and NITIE. He has published a book titled “Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management.” He has also presented/ published in national and international conferences/ journals. His areas of research are Accounting Standards, Managerial Finance, Portfolio Management, Developmental Finance and Taxation. His teaching interest includes Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting. He conducted and taught in many MDPs in the area of Accounting and Finance.
 
Prof. Virendra Sethi 
Prof. VirendraSethi is faculty member in the Centre for Environmental Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering),Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, M.S. and PhD Environmental Engineering in University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He is awarded in Excellence in Teaching Award, IIT Bombay, Oak Ridge Fellowship, USEPA, Cincinnati, Outstanding Engineer of the Year, ONGC, Bombay, Institute Cultural Citation, Students Gymkhana, IIT Bombay.

Prof. Shishir Kumar Jha

Professor Shishir Kumar Jha is Associate Professor at the Shailesh J.Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay. He holds a dual Masters degree in Business Administration and International Relations and a PhD in Political Science from Syracuse University. Prof. Jha is actively engaged in analyzing and theorizing various aspects of the knowledge economy, particularly the impact of digitisation on knowledge flows. He was twice awarded the Best Teacher Award from the School of Management and has graduated 4 doctoral students. He has been actively involved with institutional building practices within IIT Bombay.
